What can we do to improve the quality of our lives and our health? There are various advises about what is good for us and what isn’t. Some of them work and some don’t. Try following tips, remember them and you will be amazed with their efficiency.

1.Practice regularly

This is easy to say, but many people find difficult to comply with it. A small percentage of the population actively recreate at least 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Since aerobic capacity starts to decrease when you miss only two weeks of training, it is clear that continuous recreation is the key to success. If you’re not as disciplined as you should be, you can always hire a personal trainer, who will help you with your motivation and fitness discipline.

2.Besides aerobic training you should do some power training workouts

If you want to achieve significant fat loss you should listen to this advice. Aerobic training burns fat every day, while power training helps you to maintain and strengthen the muscles so they can cope with the burning of fat in the future. That is why you should combine these workouts. But keep in mind that not all fat is bad fat.

3.Change the intensity of your workout

One way to do this is to increase the weight you lift, when you do the power training. Another way is to accelerate the pace or go uphill when you go running. Of course, these advises are for those who train regularly and have strengthened their heart, muscles, bones and ligaments.

4.Train when you feel like it

Although there are a bunch of tips on the subject when it is best time to train, the best advice is that you train when you and your body feel like it. This is how you will find your optimal time for fitness; and training will become a habit much easier this way. And this habit is good.

5.Train with someone

If you want to get the most out of your workout, train with friends. This way training will be more interesting and safer. This can also help that the training becomes your healthy habit.

6.Choose comfortable equipment

You are going to practice, and not on the night out in the city, so it doesn’t matter now you look as long as you’re comfortable in your wardrobe. If you’re not sure what equipment you need, search online to find what suits you the best.

7.Check your pulse while running

If you have a pulse meter check whether you are in the right zone, say every 5-10 minutes. This will help you to keep the intensity of training at the right level, and at the same time you will know when to slow down if your pulse starts to grow.

8.Take care about diet

To ensure good training, you should eat properly. Muscles need a good nutrition and hydration. Without optimally balanced diet, the quality of your training will be on a lower level.

9.Burn calories by repeating training

If you want to maximize the effects of exercise and burn additional 300 calories, repeat the complete training once or twice during the day.

10. Think about breathing

Do not go overboard with deep breathing, and if you notice that you breath heavily, slow down the pace to be able to enjoy the training. Choose a running location that provides clean air to your lungs.

11.Take your vitamins and enough fluids

The food we eat does not contain enough the amount of vitamins that our bodies need. Therefore you should take vitamin C, calcium and fish oil. Do not forget to drink enough water.

12.Do not believe in magic and tricks, train hard!

Fast, popular diets are the worst thing you can do to yourself, because they promise all at once, but you should know that it is all a fraud. Change your habits completely and start living a healthy lifestyle with plenty of recreation, and you will see the results quickly.

Losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not an easy job, and whoever says otherwise is lying to you. It takes dedication, hard work, and for many, a complete change of lifestyle. But when you are “armed” with these 12 tips, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is surprisingly easier.
