This can cause you to feel much better, and give you the strength and resilience to carry on.

The goal is not to become overwhelmed by stress, and to keep the situation under control. Indulge in breathing exercises, release all that extra steam, and take care of your needs primarily, then focus on the job. It is you who is important in the first place.
